Stage six:

This is the final stage of the Troubleshooter programme which is to implement the changes and install within your individuals the appropriate thinking and behaviour so that you achieve the objectives of the Troubleshooter Recovery Action Plan.  Adjustments should be made only after serious consideration and consensus with the team and because the consequence of not making adjustments is perceived to be unsafe and compete with the short term objectives of the action plan.  Implementation is the most critical and challenging part of the troubleshooting programme.  Business owners find implementing change and new initiatives extremely challenging and while this is understandable it is a mindset which must be overcome quickly with determined and decisive action.
