With 26 years of banking and business experience, Simon reached the position of Senior Director of NatWest Business Banking, managing a division which delivered up to £40 million of profitable income to the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

He has supported thousands of businesses throughout his career and knows what Banks are looking for when it comes to financial support. He has worked with many business support agencies such as with BNI, Business Link, Princes Trust, Chamber of Commerce Universities, colleges and local accountancy firms.

He has helped to package deals involving business recovery, management buyouts and business acquisition. Simon has an outstanding track record of leading and inspiring teams to deliver outstanding performance winning top achiever awards for the past 7 years in Royal Bank of Scotland.

Having completed Year 1 Certificate of  Education and Foundation Degree in Lifelong Learning, he can deliver tried and tested methods and skills in coaching, supporting business owners and their staff to create a vision and culture in their company, that results in high performance and unforgettable service.
