About Us
Ruth Brothwell
Ruth lives in Surrey and works in London with voluntary organisations as a supply chain manager. She is a Reader in the Church of England and currently training for ordained ministry.
Ruth gives informative and practical insight into how SMEs can win bids for business and contracts relating to the Olympic Games and the Thames Gateway Regeneration Area.
She leads the Supply London programme, which is directly funded by the London Development Agency and delivered through Business Link for London. Supply London, now in its fourth year, provides a programme of capacity building workshops for SMEs plus one-on-one advice delivered by a team of supply chain professionals drawn from specialist areas within the private sector. The programme aims to highlight the benefits of using SMEs in London's supply chains and ensure that SMEs are ready to take advantage of opportunities. Before joining Business Link for London Ruth enjoyed a career in the logistics industry, working both in Switzerland and in the UK advertising major global corporations on supply chain solutions.
